Quality and dispute prevention are built into our workflow. For cathode, we provide producer COA plus optional third-party verification of chemical composition and weight/bundle count. For scrap, we align on a sampling protocol (e.g., pre-shipment visual grading, random bale opening, moisture checks) and can appoint SGS/BV or a mutually accepted supervisor to witness stuffing and issue a report. Every container’s VGM, weight tickets, and seal numbers are recorded; you receive a QC pack with time-stamped photos/video, inspection certificates, and copies of documents for banking. Where required by the destination, we arrange radiation-free certificates or other compliance attestations. This disciplined QA approach lowers claim risk and accelerates payment clearance.
